How is this compliant with RECA?+
We are a fully licensed Alberta brokerage. All splits, fees, and consumer commissions are disclosed in the written Independent Contractor Agreement and applicable Service Agreements.
Culture
Is there required office time?+
No. There is no floor time, no mandatory meetings, and no busywork. Come in when it helps your business; work remotely when it doesn't.
Fees
What does it actually cost to join?+
A flat $100 monthly franchise fee — no local desk fee, no transaction fee. You pay a low per-deal split only when you close, with a lower split on self-generated deals and a modest split on office-provided leads. Consumer commission rates in Alberta are negotiable between REALTOR® and client.
Leads
Are the leads really additive?+
Yes. You keep every client, referral, and sphere-of-influence deal you already have. Brokerage-generated seller leads are on top of that, distributed to agents in good standing.
What's the first-month listing-lead commitment?+
Every newly-onboarded, licensed REALTOR® in good standing receives at least one listing lead in their first month, subject to service-area availability. Terms are confirmed in the written Independent Contractor Agreement at onboarding.
Marketing
Do I have to change my personal brand?+
No. We build your personal brand alongside the 2 Percent brand — your website, marketing, and Google Business profile are yours.
